You may return any unused product in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both to the recipient and returned to the Majestic Home Goods warehouse.

We will accept returns and exchanges for any unused or unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for used merchandise. If an item is returned used, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Actual shipping costs will not be refunded for returns, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping for returns and/or exchanges. A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

In order to make a return, you must request a RMA number. To get a RMA number, please contact rma@majestichomegoods.com

All returns should be sent to the following address, include a RMA number and a brief explanation of why the item is being returned (this will expedite the return process). When sending a return, please retain a tracking number for your return and/or exchange.

We offer a 60 day warranty against manufacturers defect. If you receive a defective product, we will replace the item or refund your money within 60 days of the purchase date.

Yes, we provide replacement covers and inserts for some our products. Simply look for your product on our site and you should see a replacement part option on the product ad. We do not offer replacement covers and inserts for throw and bolster pillows.

Monday – Thursday: Within 24 hrs of the original time the order was placed.
Friday – Sunday: Your order will ship out by the following Monday. If you place your order by noon on Friday (PT), we will be able to ship your order out that day.

Once your order is shipped, it will take about 3 – 5 business days for your order to be delivered.
